Determining what is a Fixture (affixed)
	- If it is a fixture, it will stay, if not, it can be removed from the property.
Fixture: Personal property that is attached or fixed to real estate which upon attachment is regarded by law as part of the real property.

Judges Considerations in determining what is a fixture.
1.	Intent of the parties to the extent that that can be determined.
2.	Manner of attachment to the real property (more permanent, more likely a fixture.
3.	Whether or not the item was custom made for that particular piece of property and thus not suitable for anywhere else.
