Sham Marriage

. One, or perhaps both, of the parties enters into the marriage for some alterior purpose, never intending to live as husband and wife, and they never do.
. This is not a valid marriage and is subject to an annulment.
. Very small percentage of marriages today are sham marriages.

Trial Marriage
