A. Plaintiff Presents Their Case First

1. Makes their opening statement
2. Elicits direct testimony from their first witness. May not ask leading questions.
3. Defendant then cross-examines the witness and may ask leading questions.
4. Plaintiff then conducts redirect examination
5. Defendant then conducts a recross examination
        Then proceeds to next witness.

B. Defendent Then Presents Their Case

1. Opening statement
2. Examination of each witness, cross exam by plaintiff, redirect, recross.

C. Plaintiff's Rebuttal witnesses

D. Defendant's Rejoinder - his rebuttal of the plaintiff's rebuttal.

E. Filing of:

1. Requests of findings of fact
2. Requests for ruling of law
3. Supporting briefs

F. Closing Arguments

1. Defendant first
2. Then Plaintiff

G. Judge's Decision
